Dr. Julie Meyer MBE
FTE® Capital Markets Founder
Dr. Meyer has been financing entrepreneurship and innovation for 30 years based out of Paris, London, Valetta, Nice, Athens, Zurich and Nicosia. She pioneered the Entrepreneurs Backing Entrepreneurs Model for the Financing of Entrepreneurship with First Tuesday, Ariadne Capital, Entrepreneur Country and the ACE Fund.
She received her honorary doctorate for Ecosystem Economics® and has been awarded an MBE by Elizabeth II. She was on the Board of Directors of INSEAD for a decade where she was given their highest Alumni Honor and graduated in 1997 with an MBA.
She manages her own Family Office and her own property investment firm, Kea Valley Holdings.

Alex Seleska founded his own start-up in 2013 eventually exiting in 2021. he founded Sparton Capital and began working with early-stage start-ups being driven by passion for new ideas and innovations.
He joined Dr. Julie Meyer on her journey in 2024 and together they are taking FTE® Capital Market's Community into the future.

Dr. Julie Meyer MBE
